Due to the increase of Covid-19 Delta variant's cases please note :

If you are having any symptoms making you believe you have or are been exposed to the virus, please call 9-1-1 only if is a life threatening situation, other than that we recommend to call your doctor and ask to be seen right away. As soon as you have made already an appointment, please contact us at 562-444-0144 to schedule a pick up.

Please note, Urgent care will not take you in a gurney unless specified and been referred by your doctor. We have had some experiences when we had taken the patient to the Urgent Care and we been turned back due to they will not take any patients at urgent care (specially Kaiser Permanente, Bell Flower) // Neither we can take you to the ER as we are not EMT's /We are BLS/NEMT Transportation. Make sure to ask the transportation company if they are EMT's prior to schedule any pick up. Before the pandemic we were able to take members on a gurney but we had been limited due to we are not EMT's certified neither they will accept vitals taken by our professional transportation personnel.

Other than that, we have the proper equipment and assigned vehicle to transport members on a wheelchair who will be carrying them self or by a caregiver to Urgent Care/ER -

• 11/1/2020 - Armstrong Richard is in the process to acquire a transportation vehicle to transport members TO TEST CENTERS for COVID-19 and a specialized team to transport members from Home to Hospitals or Facilities as well. This TEAM and VEHICLE will be solely used for that purpose. The ACTUAL TEAM for Non-Emergency will remain the same. 'THEY WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS NEW TEAM". We will continue posting updates when everything is already in place. We will also follow the CDC rules and regulations. • We are taking the extreme and necessary precautions, making sure our members ride safely with our drivers and assistants to remain healthy and safe while Covid-19 is still a threat. We are taking extra measures to maintain our vehicles and equipment disinfected prior to and after every single trip we do. We use commercial/medical grade materials used in hospitals and health institutions to clean, disinfect, and sanitize following CDC rules and regulations. We can assure you will be traveling in a cleaned and sterilized vehicle. Because we are in this together Let's fight it together! - Local distance - Wash your hands - wear a mask. • Since the Covid-19 pandemic started, we've been transporting patients from and to Kaiser Permanente in Downey, Baldwin Park, Anaheim, Hollywood, Ontario, Kaiser Cadillac, and some other cities. What we found out is that prior to going to ER member's families MUST call the main Kaiser Permanente in their area, explaining the patient's condition, making sure members will be admitted. Several times we have to go back to senior facilities/convalescent homes/post-acute facilities, due to ER Medical Admission Emergencies ONLY. Sometimes we had transported gurney's members, for which we are questioned why members are taking to ER (As a matter of fact, all ER and NON-EMERGENCY ambulances MUST go through the same ER entrance before been re-routed.
