CANCELATION FEE :
- Free Cancelation within 24hrs. of pick-up time.
- 15% cancellation fee assessed thereafter.
- 40% at the door cancellation fee.
BELONGINS/LUGAGE : We are not responsible for handling any belongings - If there are any belongings to be transported together with a passenger, we are limited to 2 bags pre-packed and closed. Our drivers are not responsible if bags are left at facilities. We will not go back to retrieve any bags or belongings which is the full responsibility of the caregivers. We are not caregivers or medical personnel. We are Transportation's professionals only.
LOST AND FOUND : We are not responsible for any belongings left on the vehicle after the passenger has been a drop-off. As a courtesy, belongings will be available after drivers return to the base same day of services. You can arrange for pick up or delivery at your own expense. We can accommodate the delivery of belongings to the drop-off address at an extra charge.
COMPLETION OF SERVICES: Services must be completed the same day at the quoted price from the time of pick up until 6 PM same day. If a return is after 6 PM, a 20% per hr. will be charged to the credit card on file. If the return is after 8:00 pm or the following day, 40% of the total order will be charged. All refunds are processed by the end of the day on the Friday following your order. The refunded amount will be issued to the Original Credit Card used when placing the order.
REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES RENDERED: NO CASH REFUNDS - No exceptions- other than those specified above. If you disagree with the terms and conditions/policy's please contact us 8 hrs prior to your trip as soon as you receive a copy of your receipt which includes Confirmation#.
NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR SERVICES RENDERED. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION PRIOR TO A TRIP: Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds.
Any Questions or concerns in regards to your trip must be addressed within 30 days of services rendered. No refunds will be made after 30 days. If you would like to avoid any cancellation fee, as an option, we recommend rescheduling your pick up within 30 days of the original date. In the event of any dispute, must be handled according to the California State Consumer affairs laws and regulations with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.
